Solaire is a Metal band out of Anderson, South Carolina. Although its members have been jamming together for years, the band officially "formed" in November of 2011, when they began writing original material. With a combination of fuzzy, distorted guitars and simplistic riffs, the band creates a very heavy, stoner rock-type sound. Imagine a cross between Mastodon and Queens of the Stone Age.
 
Solaire is made of up long time friends Austin Marcengill (lead guitar), Weston Link (rhythm guitar), Spencer Burden (drums) and Clayton Jones (bass guitar).
