I went to see Chevelle last night in Clemson with Rob Ianuario and some other friends. Talk about a great band. Not just that, a completely unheralded and unappreciated band that does some awesome things with their music.
They don't play quite as loud as some of the bands I've seen recently, but they value sound quality over sound volume and I can enjoy that. As a matter of fact, Chevelle is one of those rare bands who sound better live than on this here radio station.
They put on a great show and amass a healthy collection of bras while they're on stage. They love their fans and leave no one disappointed by the time they are done.
Personally, I never thought of Chevelle as a band that would be around for 10 years and six albums but here they are. Good for them. If you missed the Not So Silent Night, you missed out. Luckily, they'll be back and you'll have a chance to atone for your wrongdoing!
