Last weekend Jeff and I went to see Nicklback in Charlotte! We got to hang out in Nickelback's dressing room it was so much fun. I met the Bass player from Bush. My Darkest Days, Bush, and Nickelback kicked ass. Check out this video.

So on todays Dirthy Thursday, I was lifted off with a passenger side airbag. Let me be the first to say to those out there that are thinking or contemplating the idea of doing this, DONT. When you see things like this on the internet or here on the rise guys its not something to try at home or on your own. Needless to say I need adjustments on my back. I was in a tremendous amount of pain after the bit and still am in alot of pain. Even though they havent done this yet, my hat is still off to the guys from jackass who perform the stunts they do without seriously being injured or killed. But to those out there, the video will be up here on newrock933.com and on theriseguys.com and please dont try this at home. Yes I am a professional, and thats through the eyes of lewis.
I remember back to the days of the old Greenville Memorial Auditorium or as others would call it "The Old Brown Box" or "The House That Flair Built". The place had many nicknames and many memories. I remember the 1st event that I went to their was wrestling, shocker right, and I was 4 years old. I even watched it on tv when it was torn down for the bilo center to be built but I still raise the question as many of you do as well, why was it torn down in the 1st place? I know that there were talks of turning it into a parking lot or garage for the bilo center, and the recent talks of turning it into another portion of the courthouse but heres a suggestion, why not rebuild it and keep it there for smaller events? It works well for charlotte, atlanta, and other cities why cant it work for greenville? There are events at the bilo center that cant sell it out but if the auditorium was still there it would pack it out. Just something for the city of greenville to think about.
This past saturday on the UFC's latest ppv with Silva vs Sonnen 2, things didnt seem to go "well" lets just say. It was almost as scripted as what I do on the weekends. Its no secret, wrestling is fixed however alot of people want to believe that ufc and boxing are as real as it gets. Well not exactly. For instance with silva vs sonnen 2, by looking at the footage with the slip from sonnen, he continues to look at silva almost waiting for him to come get him and deliver the knee to "knock him out" so where silva could deliver punches that were not even connecting then the ref stops the fight, however if you remember the fight with lesnar and carwin when lesnar is getting pummeled with fists that are connecting, the fight is not stopped cause lesnar cant defend himself. Seems to me that there will be another silva vs sonnen where the argument will be "I slipped". Its all entertainment and for those who believe that its real, start paying attention and you will see exactly what im talking about.
